## SEC. 1057 PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR THE BADR ORGANIZATION AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2025 may be made available, directly or indirectly, to the Badr Organization, Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Kata’ib Hezbollah, or any organization that the Secretary of Defense determines to be an offshoot of any such organization.
