## SEC. 1056 PROHIBITION ON DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TRANSPORTATION OF CURRENCY TO TALIBAN OR ISLAMIC EMIRATE OF AFGHANISTAN None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to operate any aircraft of the Department of Defense to transport currency or other items of value to the Taliban, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, or any subsidiary, agent, or instrumentality of either the Taliban or the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
