## SEC. 1352 NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA Section 571 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 371; 121 Stat. 1257; 136 Stat. 3807) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (e)(3)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (A), in the first sentence, by striking “The Federal share” and inserting “Except as provided in subparagraph (F), the Federal share”; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(F) Exception > > In the case of a project benefitting an economically disadvantaged community (as defined by the Secretary under section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 2201 note)), the Federal share of the project costs under the applicable local cooperation agreement entered into under this subsection shall be 90 percent.” > ; ####
(2)by striking subsection (g); ####
(3)by redesignating subsections (h), (i), and
(j)as sections (g), (h), and (i), respectively; and ####
(4)in subsection
(g)(as so redesignated), by striking “$120,000,000” and inserting “$150,000,000”.
