## SEC. 1137 ELIGIBILITY FOR INTER-TRIBAL CONSORTIUMS Section 221(b)(1) of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d-5b(b)(1)) is amended by inserting “and an inter-tribal consortium (as defined in section 403 of the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act (25 U.S.C. 3202))” after “5304))”.
