## SEC. 1136 FEDERAL BREAKWATERS AND JETTIES Section 8101 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (33 U.S.C. 2351b) is amended— ####
(1)by inserting “, pile dike,” after “jetty” each place it appears; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)(2)— #####
(A)by striking “if” and all that follows through “the Secretary” and inserting “if the Secretary”; #####
(B)by striking “breakwater; and” and inserting “breakwater and—” #####
(C)by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (A); #####
(D)in subparagraph
(A)(as so redesignated), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and #####
(E)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(B) > > the pile dike has disconnected from an authorized navigation project as a result of a lack of such regular and routine Federal maintenance activity.” > .
