## Sec. 115 publications and reports Within 45 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Board shall publish, and make available for distribution by the Rock Island Railroad to all eligible employees, a document which describes in detail the rights of such employees under sections 1061, 107, 108, and 119 of this title. 1This reference to section “106” probably should be stricken.
