## Sec. 21 publications and reports ###
(a)Within 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Board shall publish, and make available for distribution by the Milwaukee Railroad to all its employees, a document which describes in detail the rights of such employees under sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of this Act. ###
(b)During the 2-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, the Board shall submit a report to the Congress every 6 months describing its activities under this Act. **[**[45 U.S.C. 919](/us/usc/t45/s919)**]**
