## SEC. 703 REVENUE DIVERSION PENALTY ENHANCEMENT ###
(a)In General Section 47107 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (m)(4) by striking “an amount equal to” and inserting “an amount equal to double”; and ####
(2)in subsection (n)(1) by striking “an amount equal to” and inserting “an amount equal to double”. ###
(b)Applicability **[**[49 U.S.C. 47107 note](/us/usc/t49/s47107)**]** The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall not apply to any illegal diversion of airport revenues (as described in section 47107(m) of title 49, United States Code) that occurred prior to the date of enactment of this Act.
