## SEC. 328 RESTRICTED CATEGORY AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS **[**[49 U.S.C. 40101 note](/us/usc/t49/s40101)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator shall have sole regulatory and oversight jurisdiction over the maintenance and operations of aircraft owned by civilian operators and type-certificated in the restricted category under section 21.25 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations.
