## SEC. 327 SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING SAFETY AND SECURITY OF AVIATION INFRASTRUCTURE It is the sense of Congress that aviation provides essential services critical to the United States economy and that it is important to ensure the safety and security of aviation infrastructure and protect such infrastructure from unlawful breaches with appropriate legal safeguards.
