Sec. 8128. The total amount appropriated or otherwise made available in title II of this Act is hereby reduced by $100,000,000 to reflect savings attributable to efficiencies and management improvements in the funding of miscellaneous or other contracts in the military departments, as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $21,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $25,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps”, $3,500,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $22,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Space Force”, $1,700,000; and “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $26,800,000: *Provided,* That this section shall not apply to appropriations for the National Intelligence Program and Military Intelligence Program.
