Sec. 8127. The total amount appropriated or otherwise made available in title II of this Act is hereby reduced by $500,000,000 to limit excessive growth in the procurement of advisory and assistance services, to be distributed as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $138,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $68,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps”, $52,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $77,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Space Force”, $9,500,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $143,000,000; and “Operation and Maintenance, Army National Guard”, $12,500,000: *Provided,* That this section shall not apply to appropriations for the National Intelligence Program and Military Intelligence Program.
