## SEC. 104 NON-MINISTER RELIGIOUS WORKERS **[**[8 U.S.C. 1101 note](/us/usc/t8/s1101)**]** Section 101(a)(27)(C)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(C)(ii)) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2015” each place such date appears.
