## SEC. 103 E-VERIFY **[**[8 U.S.C. 1324a note](/us/usc/t8/s1324a)**]** Section 401(b) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1324a note) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2015”.
