## Sec. 130 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**6030**]** For allotments under section 125, there are authorized to be appropriated $70,000,000 for fiscal year 1994, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1999. ### PART C PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY OF INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
