## SEC. 6111 USE OF COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY IN ONLINE PASSPORT RENEWAL PROGRAM **[**[22 U.S.C. 213 note](/us/usc/t22/s213)**]** The Secretary shall take such steps as may be necessary to compare and use the best commercially available technology in the private sector, as determined by the Secretary, in the development of the Department’s online passport renewal program or any successor program.
