## SEC. 816 MODIFICATION OF PROVISION RELATING TO DETERMINATION OF CERTAIN ACTIVITIES WITH UNUSUALLY HAZARDOUS RISKS Section 1684 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “2022 and 2023” and inserting “2022 through 2024”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b), by striking “September 30, 2023” and inserting “September 30, 2024”.
