## SEC. 815 MODIFICATION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENT IN CONNECTION WITH REQUESTS FOR MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR LARGE DEFENSE ACQUISITIONS Section 3501(i)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “shall include” and all that follows through “(A) A report” and inserting “shall include in the request a report”; and ####

(2)by striking subparagraph (B).
