## SEC. 3502 SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO CARGOES PROCURED, FURNISHED, OR FINANCED BY OTHER FEDERAL DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES ###
(a)In General **[**[46 U.S.C. 55305 note](/us/usc/t46/s55305)**]** Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Maritime Administration shall issue a final rule to implement and enforce section 55305(d) of title 46, United States Code. ###
(b)Programs of Other Agencies Section 55305(d)(2)(A) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “section” the following: “and annually submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the administration of such programs”. ## Subtitle B Merchant Marine Academy
