## SEC. 1665 REPORT ON MISSILE DEFENSE INTERCEPTOR SITE IN CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES Not later than March 31, 2023, the Secretary of Defense, acting through the Director of the Missile Defense Agency and in coordination with the Commander of the United States Northern Command, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report containing— ####
(1)an updated assessment of the requirement for a missile defense interceptor site in the contiguous United States; and ####
(2)a funding profile, by year, of the total costs for the development and construction of such site, considering the designation of Fort Drum, New York, as the conditionally designated preferred site. ## Subtitle E Other Matters
