## SEC. 1664 REPORTS ON GROUND-BASED INTERCEPTORS Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and on a quarterly basis thereafter until the date on which the next generation interceptor achieves initial operating capability, the Director of the Missile Defense Agency, with the concurrence of the Commander of the United States Northern Command, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that includes the following: ####
(1)An identification of the number of ground-based interceptors operationally available to the Commander. ####
(2)If such number is different from the report previously submitted under this section, the reasons for such difference. ####
(3)Any anticipated changes to such number during the period covered by the report.
