## Sec. 14 **[**[16 U.S.C. 951 note](/us/usc/t16/s951)**]** This Act shall take effect with respect to each of the conventions upon the entry into force of that convention, unless such entry into force shall be prior to the date of approval of this Act in which case this Act shall take effect immediately.
