## Sec. 13 **[**[16 U.S.C. 951 note](/us/usc/t16/s951)**]** If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision to any circumstances or persons shall be held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the Act and the applicability of such provision to other circumstances or persons shall not be affected thereby.
