## SEC. 1312 ELIMINATING THE MARRIAGE DEFENSE TO STATUTORY RAPE Section 2243(c) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “(1) In a” and inserting “In a”; and ####

(2)by striking paragraph (2).
