## SEC. 1311 TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT Section 1403(a)(1) of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (34 U.S.C. 20102(a)(1)) is amended by striking “paragraph (3)” and inserting “paragraph (4)”.
