## SEC. 1101 AMENDMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION REPORTING Section 113 of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 551 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283), is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (c)(2), by inserting “of members and civilian employees” after “inclusion”; ####
(2)in subsection (l)— #####
(A)in paragraph (1)— ######
(i)in subparagraph (A), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon; ######
(ii)by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (C); and ######
(iii)by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph (B): > > ##### “(B) > > efforts to reflect, across the civilian workforce of the Department and of each armed force, the diversity of the population of the United States; and” > ; and #####
(B)in paragraph (2)(B), by inserting “and civilian employees of the Department” after “members of the armed forces”; and ####
