## SEC. 11202 FISCAL CONSTRAINT ON LONG-RANGE TRANSPORTATION PLANS **[**[23 U.S.C. 134 note](/us/usc/t23/s134)**]** Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall amend section 450.324(f)(11)(v) of title 23, Code of Federal Regulations, to ensure that the outer years of a metropolitan transportation plan are defined as “beyond the first 4 years”.
