## SEC. 11128 TRIBAL HIGH PRIORITY PROJECTS PROGRAM Section 1123(h) of MAP-21 (23 U.S.C. 202 note; Public Law 112-141) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); ####
(2)in paragraph
(3)(as so redesignated), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “paragraph (1)” and inserting “paragraphs
(1)and (2)”; and ####
(3)by striking the subsection designation and heading and all that follows through the period at the end of paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > ### “(h) Funding > > > #### “(1) Set-aside > > For each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026, of the amounts made available to carry out the tribal transportation program under section 202 of title 23, United States Code, for that fiscal year, the Secretary shall use $9,000,000 to carry out the program. > > > #### “(2) Authorization of appropriations > > In addition to amounts made available under paragraph (1), there is authorized to be appropriated $30,000,000 out of the general fund of the Treasury to carry out the program for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026.” > .
