## SEC. 11113 FEDERAL LANDS ACCESS PROGRAM ###
(a)Federal Share Section 201 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)(7)(B), by striking “determined in accordance with section 120”, and inserting “be up to 100 percent”; and ####
(2)in subsection (c)(8)(A), by striking “5 percent” and inserting “20 percent”. ###
(b)Federal Lands Access Program Section 204(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1)(A)— #####
(A)in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “context-sensitive solutions,” after “restoration,”; #####
(B)in clause (i), by inserting “, including interpretive panels in or adjacent to those areas” after “areas”; #####
(C)in clause (v), by striking “and” at the end; #####
(D)by redesignating clause
(vi)as clause (ix); and #####
(E)by inserting after clause
(v)the following: > > ###### “(vi) > > contextual wayfinding markers; > > > ###### “(vii) > > landscaping; > > > ###### “(viii) > > cooperative mitigation of visual blight, including screening or removal; and” > ; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(6) Native plant materials > > In carrying out an activity described in paragraph (1), the Secretary shall ensure that the entity carrying out the activity considers, to the maximum extent practicable— > > > ##### “(A) > > the use of locally adapted native plant materials; and > > > ##### “(B) > > designs that minimize runoff and heat generation.” > .
