## SEC. 326 LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR ACQUISITION OF FURNISHED ENERGY FOR RHINE ORDNANCE BARRACKS ARMY MEDICAL CENTER None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2021 for the Department of Defense may be used to enter into a contract for the acquisition of furnished energy for the new Rhine Ordnance Barracks Army Medical Center (hereafter referred to as the “Medical Center”) before the date on which Secretary of Defense submits to the congressional defense committees a written certification that the Medical Center does not use any energy sourced from inside the Russian Federation as a means of generating the furnished energy.
