## SEC. 1862 PROHIBITIONS AND PENALTIES ###
(a)New Chapter **[**[10 U.S.C. 4651](/us/usc/t10/s4651)**]** Part V of subtitle A of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 801 of the John S. (b)of section 4658 of title 10, United States Code, as transferred and redesignated by subsection (b), is amended by striking “section 2393(c)” and inserting “section 4654(c)”. ####
(3)**[**[10 U.S.C. 2339 note](/us/usc/t10/s2339)**]** Section 1123 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Stat.1614) is amended— #####
