## SEC. 8003 FUNDING FOR SUPPLY CHAIN MODERNIZATION In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2022, for the supply chain modernization initiative under sections 308, 310, and 7301(b) of title 38, United States Code.
