## SEC. 8002 FUNDING AVAILABILITY FOR MEDICAL CARE AND HEALTH NEEDS In addition to amounts otherwise made available, there is appropriated for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $14,482,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2023, for allocation under chapters 17, 20, 73, and 81 of title 38, United States Code, of which not more than $4,000,000,000 shall be available pursuant to section 1703 of title 38, United States Code for health care furnished through the Veterans Community Care program in sections 1703(c)(1) and 1703(c)(5) of such title.
