## SEC. 4005 FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY APPROPRIATION In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $50,000,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2025, to carry out the purposes of the Disaster Relief Fund for costs associated with major disaster declarations.
