## SEC. 213 PROHIBITION AGAINST IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATORY AUTHORITY BY FEDERAL AGENCIES THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS **[**[16 U.S.C. 8213](/us/usc/t16/s8213)**]** Any Partnership designated under this title— ####
