## SEC. 2823 IMPROVED RECORDING AND MAINTAINING OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE REAL PROPERTY DATA **[**[10 U.S.C. 2222 note](/us/usc/t10/s2222)**]** ###
(a)Initial Report Not later than 150 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that evaluates service-level best practices for recording and maintaining real property data. ###
(b)Issuance of Guidance Not later than 300 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment shall issue service-wide guidance on the recording and collection of real property data based on the best practices described in the report. ## Subtitle C Land Conveyances
