## SEC. 2822 ACCESS TO DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE INSTALLATIONS FOR CREDENTIALED TRANSPORTATION WORKERS Section 1050(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(a) Access to Installations for Credentialed Transportation Workers > > The Secretary of Defense, to the extent practicable, shall ensure that the Transportation Worker Identification Credential is accepted as a valid credential for unescorted access to Department of Defense installations by transportation workers.” > .
