## SEC. 3841 PREVENTION OF DUPLICATE APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 Expenditures made under any provision of law amended in this title pursuant to the amendments made by the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020, and Health Extenders Act of 2019 (Public Law 116-59), the Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2020, and Further Health Extenders Act of 2019 (Public Law 116-69), and the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116-94) for fiscal year 2020 shall be charged to the applicable appropriation or authorization provided by the amendments made by this title to such provision of law for such fiscal year. ## Subtitle F Over-the-Counter Drugs ### PART I OTC DRUG REVIEW
