## SEC. 3832 DIABETES PROGRAMS ###

(a)Type I Section 330B(b)(2)(D) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-2(b)(2)(D)) is amended by striking “and 2019, and $96,575,342 for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on May 22, 2020” and inserting “through 2020, and $25,068,493 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020”. ###

(b)Indians Section 330C(c)(2)(D) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-3(c)(2)(D)) is amended by striking “and 2019, and $96,575,342 for the period beginning on October 1, 2019, and ending on May 22, 2020” and inserting “through 2020, and $25,068,493 for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020”. ### PART V MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
