## SEC. 232 **[**[14 U.S.C. 2946 note](/us/usc/t14/s2946)**]** Beginning in fiscal year 2021 and for each fiscal year thereafter, amounts credited to the Coast Guard Housing Fund pursuant to paragraphs
(3)through
(5)of subsection
(b)of section 2946 of title 14, United States Code, shall be classified as discretionary offsetting receipts.
