## SEC. 1243 FEMA REPORT ON DUPLICATION IN NON-NATURAL DISASTER PREPAREDNESS GRANT PROGRAMS Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to the Committees on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure and Homeland Security of the House of Representatives a report on the results of the efforts of the Agency to identify and prevent unnecessary duplication within and across the non-natural disaster preparedness grant programs of the Agency, as recommended in the report published by the Government Accountability Office entitled “2012 Annual Report:
Opportunities to Reduce Duplication, Overlap and Fragmentation, Achieve Savings, and Enhance Revenue” (February 28, 2012), including with respect to— ####
(1)the Urban Area Security Initiative established under section 2003 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 604); ####
(2)the Port Security Grant Program authorized under section 70107 of title 46, United States Code; ####
(3)the State Homeland Security Grant Program established under section 2004 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 605); and ####
(4)the Transit Security Grant Program authorized under titles XIV and XV of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 (6 U.S.C. 1131 et seq.).
