## SEC. 1146 RESERVOIR SEDIMENT Section 215 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (33 U.S.C. 2326c) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)— #####

(A)by striking “the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016” and inserting “the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018”; and #####

(B)by striking “shall establish, using available funds, a pilot program to accept” and inserting “shall, using available funds, accept”; ####

(2)in subsection (b)— #####

(A)in paragraph (2), by adding “and” at the end; #####

(B)in paragraph (3), by striking “; and” at the end and inserting a period; and #####

(C)by striking paragraph (4); and ####

(3)by striking subsection

(f)and inserting the following: > > ### “(f) Report to Congress > > Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report describing the results of the program under this section.” > .
