## SEC. 1145 FUNDING TO PROCESS PERMITS Section 214(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (33 U.S.C. 2352(a)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking paragraph
(3)and redesignating paragraphs
(4)and
(5)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively; and ####
(2)in paragraph (4), as so redesignated— #####
(A)by striking “4 years after the date of enactment of this paragraph” and inserting “December 31, 2022”; and #####
(B)by striking “carry out a study” and inserting “carry out a followup study”.
