## SEC. 804 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY **[**[14 U.S.C. 1102 note](/us/usc/t14/s1102)**]** Section 404 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-281; 124 Stat. 2950)is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), in the text preceding paragraph (1), by striking “sections 3304, 5333, and 5753” and inserting “section 3304”; and ####
(2)by striking subsection (b), and redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b).
