## Sec. 611 separability provisions If any provision of this Act, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Act or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby. **[**[29 U.S.C. 531](/us/usc/t29/s531)**]** Enacted September 14, 1959, P.L. 86–257, title VI, sec. 611, 73 Stat. 541. # TITLE VII AMENDMENTS TO THE LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS ACT, 1947, AS AMENDED **[**Note:
