## SEC. 3044 FORGIVENESS OF CERTAIN OUTSTANDING OBLIGATIONS Notwithstanding the fifth sentence of section 4(a) of the Federal Transit Act, the outstanding balance on grant agreement number NC–05–0021 made to the Fayetteville Transit Authority, North Carolina is forgiven.
