## SEC. 3043 OPERATING ASSISTANCE LIMITATION FOR STATEN ISLAND FERRY The limitation of operating assistance which, but for this section, would apply to the Staten Island Ferry for fiscal year 1993 under section 9(k)(2)(A) of the Federal Transit Act shall be increased by $2,700,000.
