## SEC. 885 EXCEPTION FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS FROM REQUIREMENT TO ACCEPT $1 COINS ###
(a)In General Paragraph
(1)of section 5112(p) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new flush sentence:" “This paragraph does not apply with respect to business operations conducted by any entity under a contract with an agency or instrumentality of the United States, including with any nonappropriated fund instrumentality established under title 10, United States Code.”". ###
(b)Conforming Amendment Such paragraph is further amended— ####
(1)by striking “and all entities that operate any business, including vending machines, on any premises owned by the United States or under the control of any agency or instrumentality of the United States, including the legislative and judicial branches of the Federal Government,”; and ####
(2)by inserting “and” before “all transit systems”. ###
(c)Technical Amendment Subparagraph
(B)of such paragraph is amended by striking “displays” and inserting “display”.
