## SEC. 546 AUTHORITY TO EXPAND ELIGIBILITY FOR THE UNITED STATES MILITARY APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM **[**[10 U.S.C. 1143 note](/us/usc/t10/s1143)**]** ###
(a)Expansion Authorized The Secretary of Defense may expand eligibility for the United Services Military Apprenticeship Program to include any member of the uniformed services. ###
(b)Definition In this section, the term “uniformed services” has the meaning given such term in section 101(a)(5) of title 10, United States Code. **[**Section 547 was repealed by section 559(c)(1) of division A of Public Law 115–232.**]**
