## SEC. 3117 BUDGET REQUESTS AND CERTIFICATION REGARDING NUCLEAR WEAPONS DISMANTLEMENT Section 3125 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2766) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (f); and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsections: > > ### “(d) Budget Requests > > The Administrator for Nuclear Security shall ensure that the budget of the President submitted to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2021 includes amounts for the nuclear weapons dismantlement and disposition activities of the National Nuclear Security Administration in accordance with the limitation in subsection (a). > > > ### “(e) Certification > > Not later than February 1, 2018, the Administrator shall certify to the congressional defense committees that the Administrator is carrying out the nuclear weapons dismantlement and disposition activities of the Administration in accordance with the limitations in subsections
(a)and (b).” > .
